1) Strategic Value Management - Set & meet your commitments by EY

Have you listed your stakeholders and their diverse expectations towards you and your business? The regulatory requirements you should meet? The promises of competitors? One thing is for certain, you will end up with an overview that beats your child time Santa-Claus wish list. You will soon feel you cannot meet all of them, which can lead to disappointment, weakened trust and lost efforts. So how do you set priorities and create long term value?During this workshop we will discuss how to set and meet the right commitments and how to build trust with those stakeholders essential for your success.

2) Common pittfalls in a big company transformation by ING

If you think a large company such as ING doesn’t encounter pitfalls during transformation then think again. More than 5 years ago ING started transforming her branch network by implementing a ‘proxi concept’ with main purpose to service customers through ‘direct channels where possible’ and by giving ‘personal advice where needed’. Important technical challenges were encountered as all branches had to be redesigned but even more challenging was the resilience of people working in the branches, who at that time were still to be convinced of the customer advantages that Direct Channels bring along. “A bank without a money counter is like a pub  without beer” the say. During this workshop Els will explain this journey and the lessons that came along.

The LIFE project is about collaborative learning from failure in entrepreneurship and collaborative actions to bring entrepreneurship forward. It aims to overcome distributed markets and decentralized policy by providing access to pan-European case studies, talent & relevant expertise to sufficient financing and to adequate facilities and networks.

In this session you will learn first hand from entrepreneurs.
